Good Food! Enjoyed the "lovably surly" waiter. Trying to get our 9-year-old son to hurry and decide between two entrees, he gave him a quarter to flip. When our son pocketed the quarter and refused to give it back, the waiter grabbed him and hung him upside down by his ankles and shook him until the quarter dropped out of his pocket!
